Unlock! Mystery Adventures is a cooperative card game inspired by escape rooms that challenges you and your team to solve three distinct “escape room” scenarios on your tabletop using a deck of cards and a free companion app.

Included Scenarios
The box contains three unique adventures, typically played in order of increasing difficulty:
The House on the Hill (Level 1): Investigate a run-down, sinister manor to find the Book of the Dead and break a curse haunting the grounds.
The Nautilus’ Traps (Level 2): After a sea monster attacks your dive, you seek refuge in an old submarine. You must find a way back to the surface before your oxygen supply runs out.
The Tonipal’s Treasure (Level 3): Race against a rival treasure hunter on Tonipal Island to recover Captain Smith’s hidden treasure.

Core Gameplay Mechanics
According to the official rules from Space Cowboys, the game uses a simple card-driven system:
Searching Scenes: Players inspect room cards for numbers or letters, which correspond to other cards in the deck that can be revealed.
Combining Objects: Cards with red or blue numbers can be added together to find a new card (e.g., adding a “key” card to a “door” card).
Companion App: The mandatory free app acts as a timer, provides hints, and allows you to interact with “machines” or input four-digit codes to progress.
Penalties: Inputting incorrect codes or failing at certain tasks results in time penalties on the app’s clock.
